Operations Manager

What You’ll Do Facilities & Site Operations: Keep the grounds safe and thriving through proactive maintenance, vendor oversight, and practical repairs. Project Management: Lead site improvement projects; construction or trades experience is a huge plus! Guest & Event Support: Manage Admissions scheduling and help bring major signature events to life. salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Facilities & Maintenance Operations Coordinate routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and vendor/contractor activities across the grounds. Perform hands-on operational duties as needed, including small equipment operation/maintenance, furniture assembly, supply transport, and minor facility repairs. Maintain and monitor all grounds and site equipment to ensure safe and continuous operation. Keep operational storage areas organized and manage site material supplies. Project Management Serve as the primary liaison for contractors, vendors, and construction teams working on site improvements. Coordinate project timelines, ensure work follows guidelines, and track project deliverables through completion. Admissions & Site Coverage Create and manage weekly schedules for the Admissions Team. Step in to support admissions operations during high-traffic periods, staff absences, or coverage gaps. Event Logistics & Support Provide operational set-up, tear-down, and logistics support for organization events (such as Glowing Gardens, community programs, and fundraising galas). Assist with supply transport and logistics oversight during event setups.
