RN Weekend Supervisor – Long Term Care/Skilled Care Community – Beech Grove, IN

Weekend Shift Diff (make up to $6 more per hour)
Supervisor Shift Diff
This position does NOT take a floor assignment - supervisory only!

Are you an experienced RN who loves leadership, teamwork, and making weekends worthwhile ? We’re looking for a Weekend Supervisor to join this skilled nursing team— someone who brings energy, positivity, and strong clinical skills to every shift.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise nursing staff to ensure top-quality care and smooth operations.

Keep communication strong between residents, families, and staff.
Help create a positive, resident-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Current RN license in Indiana.
Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills, great attitude, and a sense of humor (weekends go better that way).
