What You'll Do...

• Lead daily field operations, ensuring safe, high-quality execution of work
• Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel to maintain productivity and compliance
• Coordinate trades, scheduling, and work sequencing to meet project milestones
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules to identify upcoming needs and constraints
• Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and workforce coordination
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards through audits and corrective actions
• Coordinate regulatory, jurisdictional, and client inspections
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and field records
• Communicate project progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture

Minimum Qualifications...
