CRM Manager - Americas

Job location: Philadelphia, PA – USA (preferably) or Walnut Creek, CA – USA Salary: $65,000 – $130,000 annually Job type: Full time Incline Gaming Marketing is looking for applicants who have exceptional project management and analytical skills to join their CRM team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies to increase customer loyalty, retention, and revenue growth for Incline’s growing portfolio of clients. Responsibilities Manage execution of email, push and in‑app messaging campaigns and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client objectives are met. Manage campaigns end‑to‑end, including targeting, segmentation, set‑up, testing, execution, fulfillment, reporting and optimization. Create and manage personalized modules and campaign automations. Create and manage promotions for clients. Analyze campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to CRM marketing programs. Manage relationships with CRM software vendors and ensure the effective use of CRM tools and technologies. Stay current on industry best practices and trends, and leverage this knowledge to inform strategy. Qualifications A hunger to be a continuous learner and achieve results in the digital gaming space. Creative problem‑solving acumen, as well as analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions. Hands‑on experience with major CRM systems, ESPs and push providers such as Optimove, Braze, Bloomreach, etc. Familiarity with the online gaming and sports space is a major advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr Incline Gaming Marketing
