We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong nCino experience to support Salesforce and nCino implementations and enhancements for a financial services client in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the nCino Bank Operating System , Salesforce, and financial services business processes, with a strong understanding of lending, onboarding, loan origination, account opening, and related banking workflows.

• Configure and implement nCino solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand banking and financial services requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce/nCino functional solutions.
• Configure nCino objects, workflows, business processes, and applications.
• Support loan origination, commercial lending, consumer lending, onboarding, and account-opening processes.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers.
• Support integrations between Salesforce/nCino and core banking or third-party applications.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide recommendations for process and system improvements.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Support UAT and end-user training.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce and nCino best practices.

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on nCino experience is required.
• Experience implementing or supporting nCino on Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Objects, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and Security.
• Strong understanding of financial services/banking processes.
• Experience with lending and/or loan origination workflows.
• Experience working with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• nCino certification preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Consultant certification.
• Experience with nCino Commercial Lending.
• Experience with nCino Consumer Lending.
• Experience with nCino Mortgage.
• Experience with commercial onboarding and account opening.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce/nCino with core banking systems.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Banking, financial services, or lending industry experience.

• Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC 4 days per week .
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Candidates must have demonstrable nCino + Salesforce implementation experience .
• Financial services/banking experience strongly preferred.
