Technical Admin

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Admin for a premier oil and gas client located in downtown Houston. This person will be responsible for supporting a large engineering department and will be required to be onsite M-TH. Responsibilities include:

Create and coordinate work-order requests in ServiceNow
Support related charge-code setup
Coordinate annual and periodic forecasting activities
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel, Power BI, PC3 SAP, and other approved data sources to support leadership decision-making
Support service-order and procurement activities in SmartGEP
Maintain Targetprocess data for workload planning and reporting
Prepare leadership presentations
Serve as a point of contact for routine process and system questions, troubleshoot common issues and communicate and present project data to stakeholders
