Main duties

• Ensures data entry, checking, reconciliation of accounting entries (clients, suppliers, tax on sales, fixed assets, etc.)..
  >> Assessment indicator : Reliability of data / auditors' report

• Manages client / supplier accounts. Processes payments and, when necessary, chases client payments..
  >> Assessment indicator : Reliability of data / auditors' report / number of late payments

• Checks the overall reliability of accounting data, balance accounts, substantiating documents, reconciliation with ledger posting and with bank statements..
  >> Assessment indicator : Reliability of data / auditors' report/ internal audit report

• Ensures the monthly / quarterly / annual account statement for which the accountant is responsible, within the set deadlines and in a reliable manner..

• Carries out stock list when necessary (fixed assets, inventories)..

• May be required to calculate and / or make tax fillings..

• Implements indicators for areas such as client late payments, inventories, etc....

• Implements tools and checks that demonstrate the reliability and exhaustiveness of accounting data..

• Participates in internal audits and in risk management, informing management of all events where the accounting impact is significant or suspicious..
