About the Role:

Patriot Portable Restrooms is looking for a driven and personable Special Events Sales Representative to join our growing team in Carlsbad, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of a trusted service company, connecting with event organizers, promoters, and planners to deliver top-tier portable restroom solutions for the Southern California market. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business by targeting special events, festivals, concerts, weddings, and outdoor gatherings
• Build and maintain a pipeline of clients including event planners, venue managers, and production companies
• Prepare and present customized quotes and service proposals to prospective clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close and account follow-up
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and service execution at events
• Attend local networking events, trade shows, and community functions to expand brand presence
• Track sales activity, leads, and revenue goals using CRM software

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in events, rentals, or service industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with the special events or outdoor event industry is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events
