Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Manager - Industrial X-ray to support growth in advanced industrial X-ray, CT inspection, and non-destructive testing equipment markets. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for a technically minded sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business, and partnering with engineering teams to deliver inspection solutions for electronics, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing customers.

This role offers the opportunity to represent highly technical inspection systems in a specialized, high-demand market. The Sales Manager will work closely with internal technical and commercial teams, engage with customers across key industrial segments, and contribute directly to revenue growth, product feedback, and long-term customer success. Key Responsibilities

- Execute sales strategies and product marketing plans for industrial X-ray, CT inspection, NDT, and related inspection systems.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term customer relationships within the assigned territory through regular visits, trust-building, and consultative selling.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, track sales opportunities, and collaborate with technical teams to create customized technical and commercial solutions.
- Manage sales forecasts, monthly sales plans, market updates, bidding, tendering, contract negotiation, and contract execution activities.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, technical seminars, and industry events while supporting product marketing and promotional efforts.
- Collect customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to support product development, product improvement, and business planning.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $120,000 to $125,000 per year.
- Location: Mountain View, CA 94043.
- Frequent travel required for customer visits, business development, and industry events.
