Sales / Product Specialist – Powersports

Love Motorsports of Ocoee is looking for an experienced and driven Product Specialist to join our team. We’re a leading dealership specializing in Polaris, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa, CFMoto, and Bad Boy products, dedicated to providing top-tier service to powersports enthusiasts in the community.

Note: We only have one position available and are motivated to hire the best-qualified candidate!

About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right vehicles, accessories, and services. You’ll need a thorough understanding of our brands—Polaris, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa, CFMoto, and Bad Boy—as well as a passion for the Powersports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships with new and returning clients.

• Assist customers in selecting the right products, answering questions, and offering insights on various models and features.

• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and follow up with customers to ensure an outstanding experience.

• Stay knowledgeable on our brands, products, and industry trends.

• Maintain a clean, organized showroom to provide an inviting shopping experience.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through a proactive approach to sales.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the Powersports industry (sales experience with Polaris, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, CFMoto, or Bad Boy is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Experience using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.

• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Flexible availability, including weekends.
