Requirements SAP Basis Administration Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades. Proficiency in managing complex SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and Solution Manager. SAP HANA Expertise In-depth experience with SAP HANA database administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with migrations to SAP HANA or S/4HANA. System Maintenance Experience with system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery planning, and high availability setups. Regular application of patches, kernel upgrades, and system refreshes. Integration and Interfaces Strong understanding of SAP system integration with third‑party systems. Experience with middleware tools like SAP PI/PO or Cloud Integration. Performance Tuning Proven ability to analyze and optimize system performance at the application, database, and infrastructure levels. Security and Compliance Experience implementing and maintaining SAP security, including user management, roles, and authorizations. Documentation Experience preparing technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures. Communication and Teamwork Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience mentoring junior consultants and providing training to end‑users. SAP certification in the technology area Fluency in English is a must Responsibilities SAP Basis Administration Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems. Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Manage transports, system copies, patches, and upgrades. System Maintenance & Support Monitor and resolve technical issues in SAP systems, including database and OS‑level issues. Manage user access, roles, and authorizations. Performance Optimization Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and recommend optimization strategies. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
