IT Support Technician

Salary: $150,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a comparable technical support position.
• We are looking for strong problem-solving abilities across hardware, software, and foundational networking.
• We need experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• We value familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• We seek a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a high level of ownership.
• Preferred: experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Preferred: exposure to endpoint management tools such as Intune, JAMF, or Meraki MDM.
• Preferred: familiarity with RMM tools and remote support solutions.
• Preferred: understanding of identity and access management platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, or Okta.
• Preferred: relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar credentials.

• We serve as a primary resource for employees, providing prompt and high-quality technical assistance across devices and systems.
• We troubleshoot issues involving laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications.
• We manage support requests from start to finish, ensuring quick resolution and a positive user experience.
• We follow up with users to confirm issues are fully resolved and to identify ways to enhance service.
• We handle the full user account lifecycle, including onboarding, access setup, and offboarding.
• We oversee device lifecycle activities, from configuration and deployment to upkeep and retirement.
• We maintain accurate records for hardware, software, and license inventory.
• We ensure conference rooms and collaboration tools remain operational and ready for use.
• We partner with internal technology teams to resolve escalations and support broader initiatives.
• We identify recurring problems and recommend practical improvements to systems, workflows, and documentation.
• We help build scalable processes that improve efficiency and reduce support demand over time.
• We create and maintain clear documentation for internal teams and end users.
