Work Environment

The role operates remotely, providing flexibility and the opportunity to engage with clients via telehealth and in-person sessions at our outpatient office when needed. Our team promotes a positive, inclusive work culture where collaboration and communication are paramount. The clinician will play a pivotal role in a supportive environment, ensuring client needs are met with the utmost care. Our schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for ample work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of your clients.
• Deliver direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, both virtually and in-person.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and achieve collective goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices for screening and assessment to inform treatment decisions.
• Remain aligned with professional ethical guidelines while offering ongoing support to clients from various backgrounds.
• Manage a caseload, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Actively contribute to safety protocols and risk management processes to maintain a secure environment for clients and staff.
• Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service effectiveness.
• Offer crisis intervention services and collaborate with local resources for comprehensive care.
• Ensure timely documentation and data reporting while adhering to organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves clients experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. RNCSW's approach is rooted in respect and understanding of diverse traditions and beliefs, allowing for a tailored therapeutic relationship to foster empowerment and healing. The clinician will also engage with family members and other caregivers to support a holistic approach to mental wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health services.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that enhance interaction with clients and team members alike.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients’ needs simultaneously.
• Demonstrated understanding of age-related and specialized developmental issues for varying populations.

Preferred Experience

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Experience with telehealth practices and tools that enhance the remote service delivery model.
• Previous involvement in community outreach initiatives aimed at developing healthier community relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
