Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. Our practice operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing our team members with the ability to create a work-life balance that fits their needs. You will communicate with a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to trauma-informed care and patient support. All interactions are facilitated via our telehealth platform, ensuring that you can reach clients with ease and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history, which guides the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as EMDR and TF-CBT.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, aiding patients in processing their trauma experiences and cultivating effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care for every patient.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and immediate assistance.

• Educate patients and families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them with knowledge and resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
