Worship Pastor

Taylor Road Baptist Church, a Southern Baptist congregation, is seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to lead and develop a comprehensive music and worship ministry. The Worship Pastor will work collaboratively with the Senior Pastor, church staff, and volunteers to plan and lead worship services and provide music ministry opportunities for children, youth, and adults. Candidates should demonstrate a calling to Christian ministry, strong musical ability, and technical knowledge related to worship ministry. Responsibilities include leading worship, directing choirs and other music groups, developing musicians and volunteers, coordinating seasonal and special programs, and providing administrative leadership for the music ministry. Seminary training is preferred but not required. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and support the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
