Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting the communication needs of students across K-12 settings. This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers 37.5 hours per week, working closely with school teams to empower learners and foster academic success.

Applicants with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) are encouraged, and Clinical Fellows (CFs) will also be considered. The caseload includes a range of grade levels, and the team is open to accommodating your experience or preferences in specific age groups. Your skills will be essential in designing personalized therapy plans, collaborating with educators and families, and tracking each student's progress toward their speech and language goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• SLP-CCC preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows.
• Experience in school-based settings is highly valued.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with K-12 populations, with flexibility for caseload preferences.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning.
• Provide direct and consultative services as needed.
