Embark on an exciting contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment, working full time with a dynamic K-12 caseload. This position offers 37.5 hours per week and is open to both seasoned clinicians and Clinical Fellows, providing excellent mentoring opportunities for professional growth. The location is conveniently situated near Spotsylvania, VA.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (or eligibility) in Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Flexibility to work with students across K-12; preference for specific age groups can be accommodated

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ academic and social success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent consultations, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Utilize evidence-based practices for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
