Job Description

Join a leading distributor of carbon and stainless-steel pipe products as a Sandblaster Helper. In this hands-on industrial role, you’ll support the pipe preparation and finishing process by assisting with sandblasting, spraying, and stenciling tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and safety-minded individual who enjoys physical work and a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist forklift operator in moving and organizing pipe by size
• Prep materials by removing caps and preparing pipe ends for spraying
• Control airflow during the sandblasting process
• Help apply lacquer and rotate pipe for proper drying
• Stencil each pipe with grade and size information

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation and a stable work history, ideally in industrial settings
• Willing to work extended hours or weekends when needed
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Team player with strong attention to safety and detail

The base pay range for this position is $19.00 – $21.00 per hour  , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
