We service locations in greater MN and western WI. Job Summary Sales Support assists the beverage Sales Team with placement of POS at customer accounts meeting company, supplier and customer expectations. Responsibilities Communicate with Bernick's sales team and account representatives demonstrating a positive, professional attitude. Verify Bernick's is well represented at customer accounts. Provide assistance to Bernick's sales people when requested. Assist in reaching our business margin and volume goals while actively working to reduce outdated and breakage. Operate a motor vehicle in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Complete other similar or related duties as requested or assigned. Hours Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm or completion, some weekends will be required Hours may vary with the benefits and challenges that come with the beverage industry Requirements Must be 21 years of age Valid Driver’s License and driving record which meets Bernick’s standard Regularly lift and move product weighing 50 pounds or more Minimum 1-3 years Sales experience Associate's Degree in Sales, Business, and/or related field preferred Travel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick’s locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role. Team members in this position may be required to handle, move, and work with a variety of products, including alcoholic beverages, nicotine products, pork products, and other regulated consumer goods.
