Associate Director-In Home Sales

Overall Purpose Responsible for development and attainment of sales and service objectives through subordinate sales personnel within an assigned geographic area. Key Roles and Responsibilities Supervises sales and support staff including hiring, training, developing, disciplining and contributing to decision making for discharge of subordinate employees. Oversees inventory and compliance of subordinates, ensuring licensure, permits and documentation per policy and procedure. Manages fleet vehicles. Interacts with other departments and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategic plans. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 3-5 years customer‑facing sales experience; 3-5 years management experience preferred.
