Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms in clients, analyzing the intensity, frequency, and duration of their challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and preferences of clients, guiding them through therapeutic strategies.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in addressing their emotional and relational issues.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and provide them with resources regarding treatment options and self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Collaborate with fellow health professionals, including psychiatrists, to ensure interconnected care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Stay informed of ongoing research and advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse clients seeking therapeutic support for various relational issues, including divorce, couple dynamics, family conflicts, and mood disorders. Your compassionate approach will be vital in connecting with clients from various backgrounds and helping them navigate their personal challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential is required.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer:
