Managed high-volume accounts payable, ensuring invoices were coded accurately and approved in accordance with contracts and company policies. Performed monthly bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and prepared recurring journal entries. Assisted with real estate investment accounting, including maintaining investment schedules and supporting property-level financial reporting. Prepared and reviewed CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and analyzed operating expense recoveries. Supported cash management by preparing wire transfers, monitoring cash activity, and maintaining cash reports. Assisted with construction draw requests by reviewing supporting documentation and ensuring proper approvals. Maintained debt and lender reporting schedules and supported loan compliance requirements. Processed tenant and related-company billings and monitored collections. Prepared year-end tax documentation, including 1099 reporting, and assisted with external audit requests. Utilized advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) to analyze financial data and prepare reconciliations. Worked with Sage Intacct/Sage or comparable ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records.
