Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative III to provide high-quality customer support in a remote work environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling price quotations, order processing, warranty support, billing inquiries, and order management. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, administrative, financial, and communication skills while working effectively with ERP systems and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Provide part, pump, and motor pricing quotations.
• Process customer orders accurately using ERP-LX Order Entry system.
• Maintain quote logs and production order tracking databases.
• Monitor and provide order status updates.
• Process order modifications including shipping address, carrier, and schedule changes.
• Support warranty claim processing.
• Process credit memos and no-charge requests.
• Assist with invoice and billing inquiries.
• Prepare customer communication documentation.
• Support sales teams with customer service activities.
• Perform export compliance tasks as required.
• Resolve accounts receivable dispute and collection issues.
• Follow ISO9001 Customer Service procedures and work instructions.
• Complete additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree or some college coursework preferred.
• 5–10 years of customer service experience.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• ERP or Order Entry system experience (ERP-LX preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
