Starkey Hearing Technologies is on a rapidly evolving journey to redefine how hearing healthcare impacts patients across the globe. We are seeking to add a dynamic Managing Director of US Sales that will deliver exceptional revenue and market share growth enabled by a high performing sales and retail marketing team that is focused on building long term customer partnerships driven by a disciplined sales process which increases customer satisfaction and patient outcomes. The Managing Director will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and Sales Representatives in a specified geography.This position is responsible for cultivating talent through key performance management activities to include coaching and feedback sessions, building and executing employee development plans, and driving accountability with direct reports to achieve sales objectives through the sales process and sales tools. The Managing Director will be responsible for executing region business strategy to align with the national commercial sales objectives.

You Will:
- Build High Performing Teams
- Evaluate and assess region to understand key skill gaps and competency strengths
- Emphasis on frequent feedback and coaching opportunities through quarterly performance review discussions
- Provide Strategy Around Regional Business
- Assess and understand Region needs and develop region strategy that aligns with national strategy
- Complete and conduct internal quarterly business reviews, assessing forecast, pipeline, market dynamics and talent of the Region
- Focus on Sales Process and Execution
- Drive accountability and execution of the sales process with each representative
- Train and drive accountability with sales team to utilize sales systems and tools focusing on CRM, account plans, QBRs and internal business reviews
- Strategic Leadership
- Drive year over year market penetration growth within the Region while achieve key business objectives
- Grow share of wallet while maintaining and developing strong customer partnerships throughout the Region
You Will Need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Experience: Minimum of five years of marketing/sales experience within the hearing or medical device industry
- Understanding of the dispensing marketplace
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Salary and Other Compensation:
The target base pay range for this position is between $154,000.00-$200,000.00 annually. Starting pay within the range may be influenced by several factors, including location, market conditions, relevant skills, education, experience, and overall qualifications of the selected candidate.
In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive plan, with payouts made monthly based on performance goals set by Sales Leadership. Incentive earnings are tied to goal achievement and performance milestones. There is no guarantee of payout.
