HR Generalist

Owning and modernizing core People Operations functions, the full-time Senior People Operations Generalist will manage employee lifecycle transactions, contribute to process redesign, and ensure compliance while working in a hybrid environment at the NYC or Princeton office. Key responsibilities Process day-to-day transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and data changes Interpret and apply company policies to address employee inquiries and manage compliance activities Lead the redesign of People Operations processes and systems, identifying opportunities for modernization and efficiency Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles, with prior mentoring experience Hands-on experience managing complex employee lifecycle transactions Experience in designing or redesigning People Operations processes in a high-growth environment Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems, with a preference for ADP Workforce Now experience Familiarity with immigration processes and policy administration
