We are an MSP (Managed Services Provider) and deeply care about the success of our clients. Our current opening is for a Senior System Administrator – M365/Azure Specialist (MSP). This is a permanent, full-time W2 position on our Engineering Team. The Senior System Administrator – M365/Azure Specialist (MSP) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure Microsoft 365/Azure client solutions. In this dynamic role, your primary focus will be leveraging Microsoft administration/support portals and Azure Entra capabilities to enhance customers' identity management, compliance, secure posture, and access control. Senior System Administrator – M365/Azure Specialist (MSP) Required Qualifications: Certification in Microsoft Azure Cloud or AWS platforms. Relevant certification such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert is preferred Proven experience with Microsoft Azure identity services, preferably Azure Entra. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams Passionate customer service mindset built on the need to exceed customer expectations. 3+ years of strong, hands-on experience in hardware and Microsoft Server OS management in a networked environment. Experience with email filtering applications like Sophos, Mimecast, or Microsoft. Strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills.
