Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions: Create a safe and inclusive space for clients to express themselves, share experiences, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Use evidence-based group activities to promote emotional resilience and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to facilitate meaningful behavioral change.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Work collaboratively with clients to establish clear, achievable goals through personalized treatment plans, documenting progress and adjustments as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
