If you want to make a difference at the center of health, come join our innovative company and help us improve the lives of people and animals everywhere.This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.Location: Indianapolis, INSchedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pmPay Details: $25.00/hourKey Responsibilities:Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.Coordinates shipment movement activities with internal teams, network offices, agents, airlines, and service partners to support timely transit and delivery execution.Processes shipment data, status updates, and operational records in applicable systems to maintain accuracy, traceability, and shipment visibility.Monitors active shipments and communicates delays, exceptions, and routing issues to relevant stakeholders to support timely resolution and continuity of service.Verifies shipment documentation, tracking details, and transaction records to support compliance with transportation requirements and internal procedures.Maintains information flow across customer service, operations, and transportation partners to support aligned execution and responsive issue handling.Reviews operational trends and recurring shipment issues and provides recommendations to improve workflow, service consistency, and data accuracy.Supports daily coverage of transportation and customer service activities to sustain operational continuity across scheduled service periods.Education:High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.Work Experience:3+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking, customer service operations, or a related field required.Certification in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or equivalent certification preferred.
