Service Desk Personnel @ Nashville, Tennessee -Onsite required
\nIT Call Center Experience preferred
\nMust be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
\n \n- Able to handle call volume of up to 30 calls per day.

\nPrinter Administration and Troubleshooting
\n- Server Print Queue, and local Queues
\nActive Directory Management
\n- Able to navigate Different OUs
\n- Able to look up attributes
\n- Able to reset password and unlock accounts.
\niOS Management, Support, and Deployment
\n- Setting up new phones/Ipads
\n- Resetting iTunes accounts
\n- Resetting network settings
\n- Backup/Restore device data
\nVideo Conferencing
\n- Cisco WebEx
\n- MS Teams
\n- Cisco Presence video solutions
\nNetwork troubleshooting
\n- Internal vs external
\n- VPN
\n- LTE
\n- Wifi
\nApplication Troubleshooting
\n- Account permission
\n- Compatibility settings
\n- Browser vs installed
\nRemote support
\n- MSRA
