Adapt 365 is partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led consultancy as they launch a new development center in Austin. They're looking for a Development Manager to lead the team from the ground up, a rare opportunity to shape a function from day one with a business that's built on outcomes, not billable hours. What you’ll do Lead and grow a team of AI-focused developers in their new Austin hub Set technical direction and best practices across the Power Platform / Dynamics ecosystem Mentor developers and build a team culture rooted in ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement Partner closely with leadership to translate client outcomes into technical delivery What they’re looking for Strong technical grounding in Microsoft Dynamics SDK, Power Platform, and modern AI tooling A genuine understanding of how AI works "under the hood" not just prompting, but the fundamentals (LLMs, tokens, how models actually function) A track record of building and mentoring teams, not just managing them Someone who leads by replicating themselves, developing people who can eventually take their job Comfort working in a fast-moving, outcomes-driven business rather than a traditional time-and-materials model What matters to this client They care more about how you think than what’s on your resume.
