Skill Nursing Home Facility ALL SHIFTS Available PAY RATE: $25/hr LOCATION: PHILMONT NY Shift: All Shifts available: Evenings & Overnights DAYS (7am-3pm) EVENINGS (3pm-11pm) OVERNIGHTS (11pm-7am) Hire Type: Per Diem Essential functions of Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A) Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating. Measure and record vital signs, and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff. Help patients move safely, including transferring, repositioning, and walking. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following infection-control procedures. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members, and accurately document patient care.
