The posted compensation range of $56.20 - $65.16/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images specifically tailored for pediatric patients, enabling accurate diagnoses and effective management of their conditions. Every day you will perform a variety of imaging examinations on children, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively creating a comforting and positive experience for young patients and their families through direct interaction. To be successful in this role, you will understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging in a pediatric context, encompassing expertise in child-friendly workflow, age-appropriate patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses in children.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus offered for new hires. Per policy, current employees are not eligible for the Sign-On Bonus. However, we are offering a Referral Bonus for this role.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Graduate of a Radiology Program
• Minimum 5 years prior experience as a Rad Tech
• CA Rad Tech license
• Basic Life Support - CPR
• Fluoroscopy

Preferred:

• High School/Graduate General Studies
• Associates degree
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT
• Expanded IV Therapy Course
