Location: SAN JOSE, CA Duration: 12 months
Skills:
- 5-7 years experience in writing and breaking down technical features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Salesforce Service cloud would be a plus
- Ideally to have JIRA experience
- Should have very good communication
- Should have good experience working with multiple IT and Biz stakeholders
- Can work with little to no supervision. Self motivated
Location:
- Its remote work
- Preferably, candidate should be CST time-zone based Or else PST time-zone.
