Accounting Coordinator

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client in downtown Indianapolis in search of an Accounting Coordinator. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity working onsite. Strong Excel skills are critical for this role. If you feel you would be a good fit, apply today! What You’ll Do Support cash management and accounts payable for Corporate Management entities. Prepare bi-weekly payroll journal entries, ACH collections, and intercompany billing files. Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, and monthly ACH processing. Manage corporate credit card administration and expense tracking. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and transaction issues. Track and report unclaimed property with state agencies. Contribute to process improvements, cross-team support, and ad-hoc accounting projects.
