The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact in a solo role, managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication with visitors and clients. This position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to handle moderate client interactions efficiently while maintaining the organization of the office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
• Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
• Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
• Schedule and manage appointments effectively
• Oversee mail reception and distribution
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment

• 1+ years experience in office administration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
