Job Summary

SPX Technologies is a collaborative organization where every employee contributes to our success. As a Contracts Manager for the HVAC Segment, you will support the development and oversight of effective contract administration across all products and services. This role partners with business units to review and negotiate contract terms, advise on deal structure, and draft or evaluate a variety of commercial agreements—including confidentiality, supply, purchase, procurement, and agency contracts. You will also provide guidance on general contractual matters and support executive leadership and the Segment General Counsel on key initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner and analytical problem‑solver who balances business objectives with risk management. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external customers, you will help identify and mitigate contractual risks while enabling practical, business‑focused solutions. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
