About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, working closely with the executive leadership to drive the financial aspects of the business. This includes providing financial leadership, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring the organization's financial health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the consumer packaged goods industry, particularly in food manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory management. Responsibilities for the CFO at the company include leading financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, risk management, and strategic planning. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in financial leadership, a Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred), and a CPA certification. The CFO will also be involved in operational excellence, and must have experience in areas such as ERP implementations, multi-channel distribution, and a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain finance. The successful CFO will be a strategic leader, capable of partnering with the executive team to develop and execute the company's growth plans. They will be responsible for financial insights, managing cash and working capital, and building financial forecasting models. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the CFO expected to be involved in all aspects of the financial operations, from preparing reports for the Board of Directors to participating in pivotal business decisions. A sense of urgency, a focus on results, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential.
