Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Carolina Prime Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing outpatient team. This is a great opportunity to help build and expand our pediatric speech program while working in a collaborative environment alongside PT and OT.

About the position:

The position may include treatment for articulation, language disorders, developmental delays, apraxia, fluency, social communication, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing when appropriately trained .

We are looking for an SLP who values individualized care, strong family communication, clinical autonomy, and professional growth.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, North Carolina licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP preferred. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply. Outpatient experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $84,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience.
