- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced IT environment
- 1+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform
- 5+ years of business analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree, or an additional 5 years of experience
- Ability to write and decompose user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Must have DHS Public Trust clearance
- Skilled at analyzing existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality as it relates to the project at hand.
- Good understanding of basic system technologies as they relate to the project deliverables.
- Ability to maintain project roadmaps.
- Ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting by effectively responding to inquiries.
- 1+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform
- Communicate clearly and can deliver complex messages and teach new concepts.
- 1+ years of experience resolving conflicts through strong mediation skills.
- Ability to write and review user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Skilled at analyzing existing system documentation to summarize existing system functionality as it relates to the project at hand.
- Good understanding of basic system technologies as they relate to the project deliverables.
