As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Your duties will include:

• Supervising a team of customer service representatives and providing guidance and support.
• Monitoring and evaluating customer interactions to ensure quality service.
• Analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes.
• Managing and working on policy renewals and service alerts for client retention.
• Creating and training new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of customer service representatives.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales experience is beneficial, as it helps you understand the needs of our customers and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Insurance sales and service experience a plus.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,862.00 - $52,996.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
