Cath Lab Tech (Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Assist physicians and cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and invasive cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures. Operate advanced imaging and monitoring equipment to capture crucial images and physiologic data that contribute to accurate diagnoses and patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree or graduation from an accredited Cardiovascular Training Program or allied health program.
• Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cardiovascular specialty, including cath lab hospital setting experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must obtain and maintain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Willingness to comply with facility call commitments: one week night and one weekend per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating catheterization lab imaging systems and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
• Experience assisting in interventional cardiology and peripheral vascular procedures.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–18:00.
• Shift days: Days.
• Call commitment: one week night and one weekend per month.
