Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C)

What You'll Do

• Help members with policy changes, billing questions, and general insurance inquiries
• Process policy updates: adding/removing drivers and vehicles, coverage changes
• Make outbound calls to members regarding service matters such as upcoming cancellations, renewals, and required documents
• Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and in person
• Support agents and teammates to keep the office running smoothly
• Learn AAA systems and underwriting guidelines with structured, hands-on training

What You Bring

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty producer's license (required)
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, coachable attitude
