Customer Service Specialist

This is not a call-center role or an entry-level customer service position. We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to support a well-established specialty distribution business in the Fullerton area. Think of this role as an operational quarterback — serving as the hub between customers, sales reps, warehouses, and freight partners to keep orders moving accurately and on time. If you enjoy solving problems, managing moving parts, and bringing order to organized chaos, this could be an excellent fit.
