Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our Saratoga rehabilitation center, where you will engage with a diverse population of patients. Our clinic fosters a culture of collaboration and support, allowing healthcare professionals to work closely together to design and execute optimal treatment plans. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments for 1 to 2 patients per hour, ensuring personalized care and attention to their individual needs.
• Develop and adapt treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and continuous feedback from patients, emphasizing evidence-based practices.
• Utilize the WebPT documentation system to meticulously record patient progress and treatment sessions, maintaining detailed and accurate records.
• Implement manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to improve patient outcomes and enhance mobility.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create interdisciplinary strategies that optimize patient care and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied patient population, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Your role is crucial in helping patients regain their independence and improve their physical functioning, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective treatment tailored to their specific rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Doctorate or Master's degree is preferred.
• A current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one is a must.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and strong clinical judgment to evaluate and address patient needs effectively.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for facilitating patient progress and recovery.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting.
• Experience with specific treatment modalities such as dry needling, cupping, or advanced manual techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, preferably WebPT, to streamline patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
