Work Environment

Your role will take place in a well-equipped outpatient clinic, featuring advanced therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and a variety of resistance training equipment. Our facility boasts a supportive team atmosphere where collaboration, communication, and professional growth are highly valued. Working onsite from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will develop meaningful relationships with both patients and colleagues while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough movement evaluations and assessments to determine patients' physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs that align with patient goals, utilizing a wide range of therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment approaches in real-time to maximize outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance on exercises and rehabilitation techniques, empowering patients to maintain their mobility beyond therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each patient's care plan.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with the latest developments in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Saddle Mind Rehab Center, you will primarily work with adult patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Hold a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possess a current California physical therapy license or demonstrate the ability to obtain one.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of experience as a physical therapist, specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation settings.

Compensation and Benefits
