About the Role We are looking for a Finance Manager to serve as a core member of our finance team, owning recurring reporting cycles, maintaining financial models, and driving process improvements across our client portfolio. This person will work across multiple clients simultaneously, managing weekly and monthly reporting cadences, supporting forecasting and month-end close, and building repeatable workflows that scale. The role will support the greater finance team, reporting into the SVP of Finance. It is ideal for someone with strong FP&A fundamentals who thrives in a multi-client, fast-paced environment and gets energy from building systems and processes, not just running them. You will touch everything from weekly business reviews to board deck support, and you will have real ownership of how work gets done. Responsibilities Recurring Reporting & Business Reviews Own and produce weekly business reviews (WBRs) across clients, pulling data from Shopify, wholesale portals, marketing platforms, and internal dashboards and synthesizing into actionable takeaways. Manage weekly sales flash reporting, including DTC and wholesale channels, updating MTD/QTD performance views. Build and maintain biweekly and monthly client-facing performance reports with variance commentary. Maintain and update client financial models, rolling over periods, integrating actuals, and ensuring models tie to accounting data in QBO or NetSuite. Support quarterly reforecasting by updating revenue, COGS, payroll, marketing, and operating expense assumptions in coordination with client teams and department leads. Prepare budget vs. actual (BvA) analyses with clear variance explanations for leadership and board review. Month-End Close & Reporting Pull and organize GL detail and transaction data for preliminary monthly reporting by business segment. Prepare and distribute preliminary P&L packages to client stakeholders, flagging items for review. Track and update weekly cash positions and cash OKRs, supporting working capital forecasting. Coordinate with accounting teams on close timing, accruals, and reconciling items. Board & Investor Support Build appendix slides, support tables, and data exhibits for board decks, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash bridge slides. Compile quarterly investor reporting packages, gathering data across systems and ensuring accuracy. Support ad hoc analyses for fundraising scenarios, investment evaluations, and strategic projects. Process Design & Efficiency Identify opportunities to standardize and automate reporting workflows across clients, building templates, checklists, and repeatable processes. Streamline data pulls and model updates by improving connections between source systems (Shopify, QBO, NetSuite) and reporting outputs. Leverage AI and productivity tools to reduce manual work and improve turnaround times. Document processes and build SOPs so that reporting cadences can scale as the client portfolio grows. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with demand planning, marketing, and operations leads at client companies to gather inputs for forecasts and business reviews. Liaise with internal and external accounting teams to ensure alignment between actuals and model assumptions. Communicate with client founders, leadership teams, and external stakeholders in a clear, professional manner. Skills & Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role, ideally in a multi-client, consulting, or startup environment. Advanced Excel skills are a must. You should be highly comfortable building and maintaining complex financial models. Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Shopify. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs). Demonstrated ability to create, document, and improve processes and workflows, not just execute existing ones. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights. Comfort working across multiple clients and priorities simultaneously, with strong time management and the ability to meet recurring deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with founders, CEOs, and board members as needed. Experience with omnichannel consumer or beauty brands, including familiarity with retail channels such as Amazon, Ulta, and Sephora, is a plus. Experience with or strong interest in AI productivity tools is a plus.
