Overview

Suwannee Sunshine Services is a rapidly growing Florida remodeling company specializing in bathroom remodeling, windows and doors, full licensed contractor remodeling projects. We are expanding into new markets and are looking for experienced, motivated  In-Home Salesperson to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys meeting with homeowners, understanding their remodeling needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

You will meet with qualified homeowners who are interested in remodeling projects, conduct an in-home consultation, take measurements when necessary, present product and remodeling options, prepare pricing, and close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at their homes for scheduled appointments
• Build rapport and understand the customer's remodeling needs
• Measure and evaluate remodeling spaces when necessary
• Present bathroom and other remodeling products and options
• Prepare and present professional estimates
• Explain pricing and financing options
• Close sales and obtain signed contracts
• Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the sales process
• Work closely with our project management and installation teams
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information

Qualifications

• Proven residential sales experience
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, flooring, roofing, windows, HVAC, or similar experience is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Ability to build trust with homeowners
• Strong closing and negotiating skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable using a computer, tablet, and mobile phone
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned market
