This internship offers hands‑on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment while assisting with document management, data entry, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to support daily business operations. Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred due to regular communication and coordination with our headquarters in South Korea. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Support Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. Maintain employee records and HR files. Support employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks. Administrative Support Provide general office and administrative support. Organize and maintain company records and documentation. Coordinate meetings and assist with day‑to‑day office operations. Accounting Support Assist with invoice processing and expense tracking. Perform data entry and maintain financial records. Prepare reports and support accounting‑related administrative tasks. Procurement Support Assist with purchase orders and vendor communications. Maintain procurement records and documentation. Coordinate purchasing activities with internal departments. Cross‑Functional Support Assist with special projects and operational initiatives. Collaborate with multiple departments to support business operations. Coordinate and communicate with our headquarters in South Korea as needed. Qualifications Required Authorized to work in the United States. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Preferred Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred due to regular communication and coordination with our headquarters in South Korea. Previous internship or office administrative experience is a plus. Work Schedule Part‑time Internship (Minimum 20 hours per week ) On‑site position Gain hands‑on experience in Human Resources, Accounting, Procurement, and Business Operations.
