Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position: Registered Nurse, Resource Team Location: Northwest Community Hospital Per Diem: (7pm-7:30am) Night shift Hours: 48hrs in a six week period- with 24hrs weekend shift; 1 summer and 1 winter Holiday Required Floating Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October. What you will do: Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience What you will need: License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required Experience: Prior nursing or if new graduate nurse, CNA experience preferred Benefits (For full time or part time positions): Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance.
