• Positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and classroom management

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student progress, gather data, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate closely with general educators, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights and advocating for student needs
